Please note, grounds are patrolled by security guard and unauthorized events will be interrupted. Under California law, criminal trespass is committed if you fail to leave Brookhollow land or buildings after being asked to do so by property owners, business owners, an employee, watchman or guard.

Love the ponds at Brookhollow? Want to use the facilities for your event or photo op?

Sure. You can apply for a permit.

Due to significant interest from the public to leverage and use the beautiful grounds at Brookhollow for events, photo ops, company functions, etc., the Association has obtained authorization to open up the use to public for a fee, under certain structure and guidelines. To apply and obtain a PERMIT, you can contact the Association’s management company, AyZar Asset Management at 714-662-2799 or visit their office at 1516 Brookhollow Drive, Suite B, during normal business hours. Or you can complete the application below and someone will respond within 48 hours. Please allow 72 hours for processing. Please note, grounds are patrolled by security guard and unauthorized events will be interrupted. Under California law, you are committing the crime of criminal trespass if you fail to leave Brookhollow land or buildings after being asked to do so by the property owners, by a business owner, by an employee, watchman or guard.
