As partner outreach continues to grow, AyZar Outreach is equally focused on engaging those who can benefit from these opportunities. To that end, AYO will be hosting a POD Information Session on February 6, 2026, aimed at prospective participants—known as Pathseekers—who are interested in building sustainable careers in the evolving job market.
The info session will orient attendees on how to leverage the training, internships, mentorship, and employer connections made possible through AYO’s expanding partner ecosystem. It serves as a key entry point for individuals seeking career readiness, real-world experience, and connection to employers committed to equitable opportunity.
Last week’s gathering success is in direct path with our upcoming Participant outreach. The response exceeded expectations.
As a direct result of the event:
- Three new paid internships were confirmed
- One professional workshop was committed
- Six prospective partners are actively engaged and exploring next steps in partnership conversations
Beyond these tangible outcomes, the event helped strengthen relationships across Brookhollow, opening the door to continued collaboration and a deeper understanding of how local businesses can support career pathways while meeting their own workforce needs.
Together, these efforts reflect a shared vision: a locally built ecosystem where talent and opportunity meet.
