Enclosure Build-Out Update: A First-of-Its-Kind Amenity at Brookhollow

Construction is well underway on the new enclosure structure located between Wine Exchange and MacFadden Date, with completion expected by mid-March. This project represents a major operational upgrade for Brookhollow and introduces amenities that have never before existed within the Office Park.

Historically, Brookhollow has lacked sufficient secure storage for tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies. This shortfall has created operational inefficiencies, increased costs, and exposed Association assets to repeated theft. The new enclosure directly addresses these challenges by providing a dedicated, secure storage facility, enabling better organization, reduced replacement costs, and more efficient deployment of vendors and staff.

In addition to storage, the structure includes a restroom facility that will serve essential on-site personnel, including vendors, the day porter, security personnel, night patrol, and the landscaping crew. This is a critical amenity that was previously unavailable and significantly improves working conditions while supporting more effective on-site operations.

The enclosure is being constructed as a solid masonry structure, specifically designed to deter break-ins and unauthorized access. To further enhance security, the building will be equipped with a camera system, helping to prevent the types of theft incidents that have occurred in the past.

This build-out is one of the first tangible outcomes made possible by the SR-55 mitigation settlement and reflects the Association’s focus on long-term efficiency, security, and operational sustainability. Additional updates will be provided as the project approaches completion.
