Annual Owner’s Meeting Commences – April 14th

The association board received a warm reception Wednesday April 14th, presenting both owners and tenants with a 5-year plan for the Brookhollow Business Park at a lunch time gathering.  Among the topics discussed: Money Matters, Operations, Architectural Theme, Re-Branding & Marketing, Sign Program, and BH Common Areas. 

The meeting was presented by Sam Clark (Chairman of the Board), Shirin Zarkesh (President), Dean Aynechi (Director of Marketing), and Brian Wold (Website Designer).  At the end of the presentation, owners and tenants were asked for questions and comments.  No motions were brought forward.  For the copy of the presentation, please see the Member Section of the Website.
